Building Design
Our CAD cold formed steel designs are designed within the requirements of the SANS 10162:pt2 and the SANS 517.

Roll-Forming Stage
Once the projects appointed engineer is satisfied with the design, we start roll-forming all required panels. These panels can be assembled within our factory, or flatpacked and assembled on site.
Building Phase
A relevant plan is supplied along with all cold-formed steel frames. All panels are marked specifically according to the plan, therefor the plan will guide the contractor and make it easier for them to know which panel goes where.

Final Phase
After the light steel frame structure is installed correctly in skeleton form, the cladding and finishing phase can proceed.
